What do BYOS, BYOP and BYOL mean?
BYOS means Bring Your Own SMTP, BYOP means Bring Your Own Platform, and BYOL means Bring Your Own List. The client supplies and retains control of these accounts and data. This service operates campaigns within those supplied systems.

What does Swadhin handle?
Swadhin creates or refines campaign templates, sets up the agreed campaigns in the supplied platform, checks campaign operation and sends a monitoring note. He can flag issues in the supplied setup, but does not take ownership of SMTP, platform or contact-list accounts.

Are sales, replies or deliverability guaranteed?
No. This is a campaign-operations service, not a sales guarantee. Good-faith effort goes into useful templates, setup and monitoring, but replies, meetings, sales and inbox placement depend on the offer, list, sender reputation, compliance, timing and recipient decisions.

Can I get a refund after placing an outbound package order?
No. Outbound campaign packages are non-refundable once ordered because time is reserved for templates, setup and monitoring. Read the scope, BYOS/BYOP/BYOL requirements and outcome limits before continuing to checkout.
